A Moody Nashville Wedding
Nashville is absolutely beautiful in October. The leaves start to change, and the weather begins to chill; you can smell the night-time bonfires from miles away, and overall the vibes are just amazing!! Unsurprisingly, October is one of the busiest wedding months for the Nashville wedding industry.
Amanda and Will chose the perfect time of year for their moody wedding day. Their impressive wedding ceremony occurred at The Cathedral of Incarnation, arguably one of the most breathtaking churches in Nashville! Everything about this church fit Amanda and Will’s wedding vibe. They wanted to go with a dramatic and romantic style, and their goal was to allow the church to speak for itself. They asked us to design their personal wedding flowers (a bridal bouquet and boutonniere) to add a special touch to their day, and we loved doing this for them!
For her bridal bouquet, Amanda didn’t want to see any greenery. Her dream was all-white, and she had very specific flowers in mind - if you want specific flowers, talk with our team so we can let you know what potential upgrades might look like! For Amanda, her bouquet is what we would call an “upgraded luxe bouquet” because of the expensive flowers she desired.
Amanda asked for White Orchids, White Reflexed Roses, Bleached Hanging Amaranthus, White Ranunculus, Dried Nickle Plant, and Bleached Italian Ruscus to achieve the all-white bouquet. It was so much fun to design, and we LOVED how it turned out!! We designed Will’s boutonniere to match Amanda’s bouquet. We used Mini White Orchids, Bleached Amaranthus, Dried Nickle Plant, and Bleached Ruscus. The key terms Amanda used to describe her dream wedding flowers were modern, structured, and boho.
