High School Sweethearts

Anna Grace and Nathan are high school sweethearts. They met at a school right here in Nashville and fell in love, their story has continued ever since! Anna Grace and her family are close family friends of ours and it was a true honor and blessing to bring her wedding day to life. Their wedding day was a special evening worth celebrating their love and a great time for them to spend time with their favorite people before moving to Germany for a year. They both knew they wanted to celebrate their wedding day with their loved ones before the move and it was the perfect way to both welcome their new love story and send them off onto their new adventure!

A True Tennessee Barn Wedding

These two chose Hidden Creek Farms as their wedding venue and it was the perfect spot, Hidden Creek Farms is a double-venue and provides spaces for both ceremonies and receptions. Anna Grace and Nathan wanted to hold an intimate wedding ceremony for their closest friends and family but made sure they held a reception that was open to everyone they knew. Their charming wedding ceremony took place on the Hidden Creek Farm lawn underneath a romantic natural arbor that we dressed up with lush flowers and greenery.

We knew we wanted to make this ceremony design special for Anna Grace and Nathan so we loaded it up with greenery and fresh white flowers. The fresh touches elevated the ceremony space and created the perfect ceremony arch for Anna Grace and Nathan to say I do. There wasn’t a single dry eye as these two shared their love with one another and tied the knot, it was the perfect start to a beautiful wedding!

After their sweet ceremony, they were joined by everyone they know for a big reception at her family's church, LifeHouse Fellowship Church. The reception was a true party and the space was huge! One thing I adored about their style and design was how simple it was. Anna Grace wasn’t entirely sure what her vision was but trusted us to help her bring it to life; however, she was 100% confident that she wanted us to focus her floral budget on big elements to fill the large reception hall. After talking and showing her different design ideas we settled on a classic lush floral design that incorporates soft touches of blue Tweedia. We surprised her with our iconic new large hanging installation and dressed up her sweetheart table with lush florals and fresh greenery; which they absolutely adored!

This romantic wedding day at Hidden Creek Farms in Tennessee was a special one near and dear to our hearts. Anna Grace and her family are really close family friends of ours so it was such an honor and blessing to be a part of the team to make her special day a reality! Anna Grace is currently in school to become a counselor and Nathan is in the military. These two have the kindest hearts and passion to serve others. It was so rewarding to provide them with a beautiful day knowing how much they do for others!

We also wanted to make sure this wedding day went perfectly for them. We are so thankful that Anna Grace found such a supportive and caring partner such as Nathan to love her and have many amazing adventures in life together. They are about to head to Germany for a year where Nathan will be based so their wedding day also was acting as one last hurrah with their favorite people before the big move. Friends and family flooded the hall of Anna Grace’s family church to celebrate and share their best wishes with the couple.

Their reception was simple but incredibly heartfelt and such a wonderful time full of celebration. I am just so happy for Anna Grace and Nathan and know they are going to share such a beautiful life together. Being a part of their wedding day was a sweet reminder of why we do this, bringing wedding dreams to life is such a dream and we are so thankful when our close family and friends trust us to bring their vision to life!
